Lauren Hale is a 2006 graduate of Seacoast Christian Academy of Jacksonville, FL and a 2010 graduate of the University of South Carolina at Aiken with a Bachelor of Secondary Education. She is currently in her eighth year in the education field and has worked as a social studies teacher, instructional coach, volleyball coach, student council advisor, and RTI school coordinator. Lauren continued her education with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Armstrong State University, a Specialist in Secondary Education from Georgia Southern, and her Leadership degree from the University of West Georgia. In her current role as Head of School, Lauren is responsible for all aspects of school operations. Some of her areas of responsibility are curriculum, professional development, accreditation, budgeting, hiring faculty and staff, marketing, enrollment, advancement, school safety, after-school programs, and student and teacher discipline. Prior to serving as Head of School, she held the position as a teacher at Liberty County High School and served in a number of committees and teams. Lauren has been happily married to Casey Hale for 7 years. Together they have two children, Brock and Kellan.
