U.S. Representative Buddy Carter presented Alexander Pagan a $450,000 scholarship to West Point. The presentation was at First Presbyterian Christian Academy Friday morning. Alex Pagan is a FPCA graduate class of 2019. He was an outstanding student athlete at FPCA and has continued his excellence beyond high school.
